Our SolutionsSOLUTIONS

Savronik is a Research and Development (R&D) centre maintaining its design, production and system integration capabilities with more than 200 engineers. At its R&D Centre, in the field of defence, Savronik produces communication and information systems, power and control systems, missile on-board systems, system integration products and services considering the needs of the Air Force, Army and Navy. In the field of transportation, intelligent transportation systems, railways signalization systems, products for railway vehicles on-board controlling- monitoring-saving systems, and with turnkey solutions, it services domestic and foreign institutions.

Design

We provide electronic, hardware and software support for the high-level projects of the leading defence industry companies in Turkey. With its 36-year experience, Savronik has designed hundreds of different configurations of electronic systems for land, marine and air platforms.

Production

In accordance with the IPC standards, Savronik has maintained its production, integration and testing operations in accordance with in an approximate 20 000 m²-floor area. We produce all our products in ESD and MSD- controlled areas and monitor all our production processes by recording every single step.

System Integration

As a part of its capability for integrated systems, Savronik does integration for the systems of the on-vehicle platforms and mobile shelters for aerial and ground platforms in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

Environmental Conditions and EMI/EMC Testing

Savronik Environmental Conditions and EMC Testing Laboratory was set up at the Savronik facility located in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone in 2015. Tests are carried out in accordance with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 ve DO-160 standards including all military test standards and industry (civil) standards.

PCB / Board Assembly Services

In accordance with the IPC standards, together with our teams trained regularly by our certified IPS instructors (CIT), we produce all our products in ESD and MSD- controlled areas and monitor all our production processes by recording every single step.

Environmental Conditions and EMC Testing Services

For faultless, reliable and observable results by the experiments and measurements made under the environmental conditions tests, we assess the processes according to EN/ISO 17025, General requirements for the Competence of testing and calibration laboratories.

Laboratory Testing Services

We provide Clean Room (with three classes of “class 100”, “class 1000” and “class 10000”), Thin-film Coating (Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD)), Surface Analysis (Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)), Leak Tightness Tests (Helium leak tests), Glove Box (under inert gas process), High-Accuracy Dimension Calibration, Electrochemical Corrosion Test System (Salt spray corrosion test, etc.), Special Equipment Cleaning Processes services.
