Savronik’s High-speed Software-Designed Radio (SDR) is a flexible, modular multi-purpose communication unit compliant with the military standards, which can use be used for secure communication using necessary frequency waveforms among the satellite communication, radio link and different nods. The SDR can communicate two-way data until 137 Mbps using several different frequencies such as L/S, C and Ku Band and, with its internal video compression capability; it can be used on the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.
The SDR architecture provides solutions realizing new and original waveforms in line with the technological developments.
In addition, its flexible architecture lets the user add different encryption solutions
For the security of the data, Direct-Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) or Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum transmission method can be used with the waveforms modulated over the unit. If wanted, it can be encrypted for secure electronic data using the Advanced Encryption Standard, AES-256.
